National Bike Month just passed, so it only seems fitting to discuss the many trails available within close proximity to Polinger’s communities. Summer is here, and the rain seems to have finally subsided, which means many people are hopping on their bikes, gearing up for a hike, and finally hitting the trail for the day. To help you out, we have provided some information on local trails for you to explore.


Rock Creek Park, considered a gem in our nation’s capital, offers the ideal setting to peacefully take in the beauty of nature. There are over 32 miles of trails in Rock Creek Park, while all roads and paved trails welcome bicyclists. The Swift at Petworth, one of Polinger’s newest communities, is approximately eight minutes away from Rock Creek Park, what are you waiting for?

It’s also just minutes from Bethesda PlaceBoth Congressional Towers and Rollins Park offer the Rollins Congressional Club to their residents, but some days you just have to get outside. Both communities are also conveniently located just a few minutes away from Cabin John Recreational Park.
