Country Place’s Burtonsville location has you everywhere you need to be in minutes.  Just off Route 29 in Montgomery County, Country Place Apartments’ location has you on the ICC, 95, and 495 in minutes. There are bus stops on-site and several Metro stops within a short drive. 

The proximity to Washington, DC, Baltimore, Annapolis, Laurel, and Columbia gives our residents plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Located within town are several award-winning restaurants and established community favorites. In addition to the on-site green space, there are plenty of local parks nearby with exercise paths and playgrounds. Downtown Silver Spring is a short drive away with its eclectic and thriving city atmosphere.
