We continue to focus on the well-being of our residents by maintaining robust cleaning protocols and adding enhanced building systems as appropriate. In this regard, we are installing UV-C light in the air handler units of the building that service common areas, such as corridors and lobbies. UV-C light in HVAC systems has been shown to reduce the level of pathogens like bacteria and viruses on the surfaces and in the air of those systems.

Located only 2 blocks from the Friendship Heights Metro, you can be in downtown DC or Bethesda in minutes. Stay local and enjoy regional and national restaurants from all around the globe. The Friendship Heights Village Center is across the street with its activities and events and it offers a free shuttle bus to take you to the Metro.
