Sometimes things get a little hectic and our homes are subjected to clutter and piles and piles of stuff. You don’t have to break your back getting your home nice and tidy. Instead, check out a few ways to easily and efficiently get in some much-needed spring-cleaning before spring passes you by and you’re too busy having fun in the sun.
With the classic, “Take Me Out to the Ball Game” playing in your head; It’s finally baseball season! After a seemingly never-ending winter, the sunny days and appetizing scent of Ball Park franks are headed our way! Since Opening Day, baseball fans, decked out in their jerseys and caps, have been packing stadiums and cheering on their favorite teams. Luckily, Polinger’s communities’ close proximity to transportation make it easy to get out and enjoy a fun-filled ball game.
A few weeks have already passed since the first day of spring, meaning summer is rapidly approaching whether you feel ready or not. With summer, comes the opportunity to soak up the sun and relax, which many people look forward to, especially during the frigid months. Now that spring has sprung, the cherry blossoms have bloomed in the Tidal Basin and at our very own, Congressional Towers. Residents can really get in the spirit and celebrate the beauty of Mother Nature while moving about and enjoying these beautiful trees. On Tuesday, March 01, Polinger Company celebrated their 70th anniversary by revealing a new logo, website, and a #WeArePolinger hashtag. The event was marked by a Ribbon Cutting ceremony, as well as congratulating each of their 300+ employees in style. As a prominent and well-established family owned Real Estate business in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia areas, Polinger Company specializes in Acquisitions/Development, Construction Services, and Residential and Commercial Management.
So winter is here, the 20+ inches we received was our hint, and now with the bitter cold temperatures, there is no denying it. With winter, the snow and frigid temperatures come, thus the epic battle of keeping warm begins. One side of this epic battle is the battle with the snow. We at Polinger like to think that we are constantly fighting that fight; winning. We worked hard to clear all of the snow during the blizzard so that our residents weren’t trapped for days.
