Polinger Company and its affiliates have excelled in providing large-scale acquisition and development services for both private partnerships and institutional investors. We have developed landmark buildings such as the Van Ness Center, an office and apartment building project, in Washington, D.C., the Chevy Chase Office Building, and The Highlands of Chevy Chase, an apartment community in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Polinger Company also developed Bethesda Place, a mixed-use property including two high-rise office buildings, 100 units of luxury apartments, and retail space, located in the Central Business District of Bethesda, Maryland.

Polinger Company has also been involved in the acquisition and repositioning of numerous investment properties, ranging from office buildings and apartment communities acquired with local investors to large institutional assets acquired with nationally known investment managers. Recent acquisitions include WillowWood Plaza I & II, Fairfax, VA, an office complex acquired from a special servicer, 1221 & 1331 South Eads, Arlington, VA, a 534-unit apartment complex in Arlington VA across from Amazon’s HQ2 and 99 M Street SE, Washington, DC a new, Class A office building in the Capitol Riverfront.  With numerous and longstanding contacts in the investment sales and leasing community, we underwrite investment properties and forecast returns using real market data.
