Portfolio: Polinger Company’s portfolio includes more than 5,000 apartments and 3 million square feet of apartment, commercial office, retail, and mixed-use space. Approximately half of the portfolio is controlled by entities affiliated with the Company. The balance is controlled by major institutional investors and local partnerships.
Performance: Polinger Company continues to position and manage core assets that have fueled growth for over 65 years. We regularly partner with institutional investors and uses its unique understanding of the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area to present and capitalize on opportunities.
