DUTIES: | Position available for a DC commercial office building maintenance engineer. Position requires candidate to share on-call duties including returning to the building to respond to emergencies. | REQUIREMENTS: | Five years experience in plumbing, electrical and HVAC and VAV systems required. Working knowledge of energy management controls and cooling tower water treatment required. Minimum high school diploma/GED and good verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in commercial office buildings a plus.
