DUTIES: | Immediate opening exists for a Porter Supervisor for a two building college dormitory in Northwest D.C. . You will supervise a crew of 14 porters who maintain the common areas inside and outside the dormitories. Crew also cleans dormitory rooms at move-in/move-out periods. Some supervision of outside vendors. | REQUIREMENTS: | Requirements: Min 3-5 years exp in a supervisory capacity. Knowledge of cleaning methods and safety precautions. Computer skills, Bi-lingual English Spanish desired. HS diploma/GED.
