DUTIES: | Supervise commercial and residential construction projects. Supervise in-house construction personnel and coordinate subcontractor performance. As a working Superintendent you will occasionally be required to do drywall, framing and associated construction tasks. Must provide own tools. | REQUIREMENTS: | Requirements: Minimum HS diploma or GED and 5 years of construction experience, three years of which must be as a supervisor in commercial and residential environments. Must possess valid driver’s license.
