DUTIES: | Position available for a hi-rise apartment community. | REQUIREMENTS: | We are searching for an experienced Residential Chief Engineer for one of our premier high rise apartment communities. The right candidate must have 3-5 years experience and must process a 3rd Class DC License in: low pressure steam boiler, centrifugal machines, complete plant operation, convector, plumbing, electrical repairs, carpentry skills, appliance repairs including refrigerators/compressors, ranges, dishwashers and disposals, together with general apartment turnover. Applicant should be a self-motivated team leader with great supervisory and training skills. Salary based on experience. Excellent benefits with 401k. Thorough Background investigations will be conducted prior to hire. |
