The Construction Services Division provides high quality, cost competitive build-out of tenant spaces, capital improvement projects and refurbishment of existing space. By having this in-house capability, we can involve our Construction Services personnel in the planning process and can better coordinate the work with our Property Managers, resulting in overall efficiencies to the owner or tenant. With our own staff of carpenters, mechanics, electricians and superintendents, we can meet schedules and budgeted goals while delivering first class workmanship.
