Construction Services
A major component of Polinger Shannon & Luchs’ comprehensive real estate services is the Construction Services division. Whether it is the build out of a commercial tenant’s space, the renovation of a building’s lobby or façade, complete renovations of apartment units or other capital projects, construction services is a critical element in the enhancement of an asset's value. A particular area of expertise for the Construction Services division is the renovation of apartment communities, including common areas, mechanical and electrical systems, facades and apartment interiors. The division has two master electricians on staff. By utilizing its in-house personnel and expertise, the Company is better able to control costs, scheduling and quality – all for the benefit of the tenant, the resident and the ownership of the asset.
