There is a position available at our client’s downtown D.C. location coordinating the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) program for its offices in Latin America and the Caribbean. Assist in the oversight of O&M functions by local staff and building managers providing guidance and support.  Assists in the preparation of facility condition assessments recommending improvements and repairs.  Maintain budgets and database, updates systems and creates reports .  Requirements  include a BA/BS Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or equivalent.  Min 1 – 3 years exp in commercial building operations and maintenance with MEP related experience including project/facilities management.  Working knowledge of US construction codes. Five (5) years work experience in the same categories as stated above may be substituted for the degree requirement. Excellent spoken/written English and Spanish skills are essential.
