Stability: Polinger Shannon and Luchs’ deep roots and relationships in the Washington DC real estate industry date back to the Polinger Company’s formation in 1947 and its acquisition of the commercial division of Shannon & Luchs in 1993.
Portfolio: Polinger Shannon and Luchs’ portfolio includes nearly 6,000 apartments and 5 million square feet of commercial office, retail and mixed-use space. Approximately half of the portfolio is controlled by entities affiliated with the Company. The balance is controlled by major institutional investors and local partnerships.
